What should I do if I lose my card?

You should call us immediately to report a lost/stolen card. Our Customer Service number is +971 4 870 6565 and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively you can log in to the Manage my card and change the card status. A customer service advisor will get in touch with you for the card replacement.

What is the prepaid DXB Connect MasterCard®?

The DXB Connect MasterCard® is a reloadable dirham-denominated MasterCard® you can get almost instantly. It's a smarter and safer way to handle cash. DXB Connect can be used to withdraw cash worldwide at ATMs and used wherever MasterCard® is accepted.

What do I need to get a prepaid DXB Connect MasterCard®?

The DXB Connect prepaid card is available to everyone over 18. All you need is a valid ID/passport and a mobile number that we can reach you on (if you are under 18 years old, you will need to be accompanied by a parent).

Do I need a bank account?

No, anyone is eligible for a card.

How many cards can I own?

You can own up to three cards. Buy, activate and use all three at the same time or be generous and share with your family.

How can I check my balance?

Click on Manage my card, or call +971 4 870 6565.

Where is the PIN?

Find your card’s default PIN number beneath the scratch panel inside the pack.

How can I log in to Manage my card?

You need to create a username and password for your card when you first log in.

What should I do if I find a purchase that I don’t recognise?
