Where can I buy a DXB Gift card?

Do I need to activate my card?

You can buy, load and spend instantly, no activation is required. However, we strongly advise you to register your card so ensure your funds can be returned to you in case it is lost or stolen.

When can I start using my DXB Gift card?

Find your card's default PIN number beneath the scratch panel inside the pack. If you wish to reset the PIN please call our Customer Service Centre +971 4 870 6565.

Can I use my DXB Gift card at ATMs?

You cannot use your DXB Gift card for ATM withdrawals, however, you can use it online and for point-of-sale purchases.

What is my security code to log in to the website/my account statement?

You need to create a username and password when you first log in to Manage my card.

When is my DXB Gift Card loaded?

Your DXB Gift card is loaded at time of purchase.

What do I need to get a DXB Gift MasterCard®?

All you need is a valid mobile number. Available to everyone and anyone!

How much can I load on my card?

You can have a minimum load of AED 100 and a maximum of AED 1,500.

How can I check my balance?

Simply click on Manage my card.

What do I do if I lose my card?

Contact our Customer Service Centre on +971 4 870 6565 immediately to report it lost and request a replacement. We will block the card and post a new card to you. A card reissue fee of AED 17, fund transfer AED 5 and the postage fees will apply. Unfortunately, if the DXB Gift card was not registered it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, as anyone could pick up a card and claim it as theirs.
